Including 2001-2004 for Bush is going to skew his average way, way up.

THE worst thing bush did in his 2nd term was agree to the bailout, which the democrats pushed him into doing

Reagan beat him in the biggest landslide ever. That wasn;t so much love for reagan at the time; it was hate for Carter

at the end of his term, Carter was more hated than W was at the end of his term.

That's a fact
I still don't get why other people's opinion of a president matter when I am voting for who I think is the greatest. I think Reagan was a bottom five president of all time. I don't think highly of Carter, but Reagan was one of the worst ever.

It doesn't matter when it comes to who you THINK is the greatest, but it DOES matter when it comes to WHO IS ACTUALLY the best.

Example: Miller Lite outsells whatever the highest-rated beer is on Beer Advocate, by a LOT. Therefore it's better.

Good point, will extrapolate to absurd levels.

I will base my votes from here on out on who raised the most money during their campaign. I will not adjust for inflation.

That changes with time. Washington never had an electoral vote cast against him, so he's the clear winner.

much better IMO. Gusmahler's plan sucks. If there is a tie I will decide by looking at the aggregate land mass brought under united states rule during their time as president.
