I was thinking randoms until I heard the reporter say that when this first started happening he saw 30-40 cop cars go by.

If police are just suggesting people turn off their phones, totally fine imo. But it would be absolutely ridiculous to make the cell providers shut down the network.

They're concerned about explosives that were in a vehicle, that's why police were told to back off. It's looking very likely it's the bombers imo.
