an epic obnoxious song by a one hit wonder German band from the 80's ?

Next, you will be singing "we built this city" and telling all how great the song is

You didn't build that.

I agree she's normally boring but I think Hillary will be able to step **** up and give a decent speech.

Yeah it is, I just basically copied WWE's technique of combining two different wrestler's names or gimmicks to come up with a name for their tag team. Notable examples from the past few years include ShoMiz, Awesome Truth, Breezango, Rhodes Scholars, and Team Hell No. Hillar-Kaine would seem to be an appropriate name for a Clinton-Kaine tag team.

Lionel Ritchie and Olivia Newton-John have also sold 100 million albums.
07-23-2016 , 11:50 PM
Neither were one hit wonders. What's your point?
07-23-2016 , 11:51 PM
I don't have one. The convention's a week away and we're talking about 80's metal.
07-23-2016 , 11:58 PM
A week? Isn't it two days from now?
07-24-2016 , 12:05 AM
Lionel Ritchie killed soft yacht rock.

Whatever.

Mid-80's Ozzy: The turning point where he fully evolved from his roots to reach his ultimate potential as a solo artist or the nadir of his career where he succumbed to mainstream financial pressures and debased his artistic legacy?

The one thing that could be said about Trump's convention was that every speaker before him as so bad that there was no way he wouldn't be the talk of the town. He's like the insecure teenage girl who befriends ugly bitches to make herself look better by comparison.

Meanwhile, Hillary has such impressive speakers that she'll be overshadowed.

Ozzy was just never the same without Randy Rhoads. RIP, polka-dot guitar legend.

Blizzard of Oz and Diary of Madman were both excellent. He didn't start debasing himself until that stupid MTV show he did with his family.

@Trolly - The Zak Wylde years weren't bad.

Diary of a Madman legit top 10 all time metal record.

That Close My Eyes Forever duet with Lita Ford has got to be close to ground zero for his implosion.. That was late 80s iirc. The soundtrack to my high school years has to be the worst period of music ever. Bad hair, bad music, pre-grunge., pre-Pac, Pre Biggie,. We had the Beastie Boys and Public Enemy, but their best work came after I was done. I recall looking back through my yearbook a few years ago and just shaking my head at Every Rose Has Its Thorn being my class song. That's a legit bottom 10 song oat.
