I'm familiar with the video in OP, and have actually provided some actual thoughtful responses to people more squared away mentally than OP.

I know the story, I'm familiar with it, but IDK what this thread title is all about. If you cut through the bs, it appears he's stating that the cops involved are attempting to "purchase" dash cam video of this incident, but there's nothing in the video to confirm or follow up on that.
