Like not only is it a breach of federal regulations that she didn't conduct state business on a government email, it's an insecure means of communication as well.

State secrets and classified materials were probably being sent to her all the time and who knows who could have been watching.

Not only that, everyone around her who emailed her must have known that she used her personal account and didn't do anything about it. Complete lack of professionalism and transparency within the administration.

When you have a job you get assigned an email address using the employers email system. Unless you are Hillary then you use your personal account. Probably a security risk but it does have advantages. The government then has no records that can prove bothersome in legal investigations. The government has rules against such things but hey we all know laws are for other people.

Not really sure this is true. Think the Dems were incensed that Palin did as governor. But there was not a state law against doing it. The Dems were really mad at the Bush administration. But that case was everyone had two email accounts one for private and one clearly public use. The complaint was more about not trusting the determination as to what was private and what was governmental. This pretty much was a situation that Hillary ignored the law, most likely she was paranoid and wanted control of the emails and not have them archived as required.

Libya is a terrorist wet dream right now. If the situation on the ground does not drastically improve, she is in real trouble.

She would skate through that stuff with no problem if ISIS and al qaeda and other terrorist groups didn't fill the power vacuum she created. Libya is trashed now with no plan to make it stable.

Most people would blow off the e-mail account, but she does come across as one with a superiority complex. Combine that with the disaster that is Libya, the handling of the aftermath, and the foreign money that went into the foundation, and it can add up.
