The problem with this is the GOP is trying to control the media cycle, it's much easier to control what's in your closing argument. It's important to keep your messaging simple when the people you're playing to are dumber and have shorter attention spans than a jury.

Merely establishing obstruction isn't going to get him impeached. Barring direct evidence he colluded with the Russians, it's going to take a pretty big conspiracy.

Cornyn was surely not counting on Comey bringing up that Comey thought there was "nothing there" w/r/t Clinton and emails. Seemed to completely deflate him. Oops.

The interesting thing will be what Mueller does. It is an open question whether a sitting president can be indicted. IMO the answer is "no," but it is an open question.

Are you talking about the copyrights? Or the physical copies? The physical copies are owed by whomever has them I would expect. For example the copy he gave to the professor is the professors. The copies the FBI has are the FBI's.
