Looks like it's down to Angus King and Kalama Harris to get some real questions.

Comey dropping bomb after bomb to the point that the Republicans are basically blaming him for not telling Trump he is acting inappropriately.

susan collins is so dumb, she keeps taking this angle that IC people are being uncooperative with and biased towards trump compared to obama/bush/etc, but it keeps blowing up in her face because the answer is always so obvious and related to trump's poor, potentially illegal conduct that no other president ever dared to engage in

OK so I guess I agree that the "oh well nothing is going to change regardless" attitude is not helpful. For my part it's definitely a defense mechanism against disappointment. So that's my cross to bear. But I also really don't have a good idea of what I'm supposed to be doing to change what appears to be a rigged system.

Comey going much harder to the paint than I expected. He's doing very well. All these senators can go **** themselves, they are all horrible.

I know nothing about obstruction of justice, but I guarantee there is a boatload of case law that stands for the principle that those types of questions aren't harmless when coming from a superior.

I just got an email about a conferences in September entitled "What is Trump Antitrust? Antitrust Policy Under a New U.S. Administration" and I'm wondering whether the organizers are regretting the title.

So Russia meddled and it was a hostile act, but the one person who didn't seem too concerned about that was the new President.

Sounds like no big deal.

I believe the standard of Obstruction is "attempted to influence"

Just for the record, like 95 percent of my posts in this topic are completely sarcastic and just LoLling at the ridiculousness of the situation.

So yes, even asking once and not saying it directly can be obstructing justice.
