Stock up on popcorn, y'all: former FBI Director James Comey is expected to publicly testify before Congress sometime this week. It is widely expected that he has some serious bombs to drop regarding his interactions with Trump and the Russia-a-Lago investigation.

I for one was expecting a military coup against the White House and justice department the second Comey said he actively tried to blend in with the drapes. Thanks for bursting my bubble.

It hasn't been scheduled. We were told it would be after Memorial day, but I'm not sure what reason there is to think it will be this week.

watching the testimony videos I found when I searched youtube with "comey obstruction" makes it clear he will have no smoking gun. he has already cleared Trump in his previous testimony. nothing burger coming.

Wrt claims that "nothing will happen"...LOL, do you expect that comey is gonna drop exclusive bombs that the IC community doesnt already know about? IC community obv knows wayyyy more than has been leaked to the public, and this is a chance for us to learn more about what we dont know. It doesnt mean that anybody should necessarily expect impeachment proceedings the day after he testifies, or else its some big waste of time. He will almost certainly have some very interesting things to share

This is a Trumpist lie that has already been debunked in this forum. It misrepresents testimony where Comey says the AG/DOJ haven't halted an FBI investigation for political reasons.
