06-08-2017 , 10:53 AM

06-08-2017 , 10:54 AM

Well at least he and Trump agree on something.
06-08-2017 , 10:56 AM
If we use Christie's interpretation of "New York conversation", then when Trump says "I Hope", it IS a directive. That's how people like Trump talk. Also, no question on Trump's body language when he said that.
06-08-2017 , 10:56 AM
lol you can absolutely still have intent, even with the word hope

Risch probably did horribly not only in legal writing, but in crim too

Central to the whole counterfactual fascist narrative--context always matters when it benefits them, never matters or doesn't exist when it benefits liberals/real life. It's a real theme of the Republican party right now.

There needs to be a thread for power rankings of those who need a good punching. My list shifts and changes on a daily basis at this point.

Feinstein ALWAYS worthless

THE WORST

In the business world, when your boss brings you into a private meeting and expresses that he hopes you can do something that you're in charge of, it means nothing.
06-08-2017 , 10:58 AM
His response "i agree he is a good guy" was perfect
06-08-2017 , 10:58 AM
"why didn't you tell the president that what he's doing is wrong?"

"well first i was stunned...."

and like, also, donald trump is supposed to be a ****ing adult. why should comey have to give him direction and guidance like a goddamn child?

Right. Never feeling pressured was important yesterday but the words Trump said were not. Today what Trump said is important but the feelings of pressure are not.
