Here is the link to the Wall Street Journal article which quotes the U.S. District Attorney's office as calling Full Tilt a "Ponzi Scheme".

If you are referring to Tuesday's announcement of indictments Full Tilt indictment you omitted in your list of defendants both Howard Ledere Chris Ferguson, who are both named in the indictment.
