If balloons ends up being a terror attack, it might be the most innovative one yet. Guess people are just going to have to manually blow up giant balloons for concerts from now on. Can't trust what's in those gas tanks.

Yeah that makes a lot more sense - suicide bomber got in the middle of a bunch of people in the foyer.

The biggest question is how restrained will Trump's self-congratulatory tweet be? I'm going to predict it's mostly about sympathy for the victims, vigilance about terrorism, with a hint of "I told you so". A US attack is going to be a different story.
