Yeah it is.

No matter how big or small my kids' drinks may be, they will leave one quarter of it undrunk and then knock it over a short time later.

It has no calories in it. The issue with "unhealthiness" is the sugar content, which is high in calories. The reason it's such an issue is because people constantly drink something and you can consume an enormous amount of calories without even noticing.
