If someone invented an IQ test where blacks outscore whites and asians or at least compete, they would make a ton of money. That test would become THE test in every school. Any IQ test designer with any sense (who is looking for financial success at least) puts all their energy into inventing the holy grail of culturally unbiased anti-racist test papers that would be bought up by all the governments in the western world.
