A local news station did an investigation into EBT fraud. RIVERRRRRRRRRRRRRMAN will be thrilled to find out that someone managed to use EBT to buy tickets to tour Graceland. Props to him for figuring out how to make this happen.

i dont understand why i am the only one enraged by food stamps

like people will argue forever about the bush tax cuts, they cost roughly the same annually as lol food stamps

It's pretty magical. When I go to the store and swipe it first the computers know what can be put on it and what can't and in about 2 seconds it gives me the total that I owe that can't be put on the card.

I'm kinda mad about the Graceland thing FWIW. I mean it seems like their machine would automatically be all "yeah you can't use that here"

Also graceland is the biggest ripoff ever, it's like $50, at least if they bought booze they'd be getting something useful and entertaining.
