Well, clearly Oppression is fun to some people (the ones doing it).

War doesn't HAVE to kill people, although I'm currently not aware of a war where no one died.

MANY people would disagree that it is better to avoid war.

When no options are left on the table, war has been used...etc....this isn't really a point, is it? Seems arbitrary in the context of what you're saying, almost like "Some people favor yellow over blue." True, but doesn't really matter too much?

Lirva, I actually don't believe in natural rights either. I don't think, that all ASist believe in violent direct action. Where I can agree with you is, that it is not very economically feasible, but I am not sure, how strong an argument against it this is. I would have a zillion maybe totally ignorant and dumb arguments against it, but I'm kind of reluctant to ask something along the line to "who will build the roads" when the people answering do not know more about ASism than I do. Is there another thread where ASism MD style is discussed? Didn't find any.

Interestingly, for some reason the ASists on this forum don't seem to like to talk about ASism.

Nah, it's in the public domain. It exists because it is one of the best silent films ever made.
