Post Durant signing now at 4:5 odds. is this spot on or just way too crazy to lay? For reference, I think CLE went from about 45/60-1 odds pre LBJ coming back to about 6-1 before all was said and done. Also, for reference, CLE is 4:1 (in 2nd place behind GS on championship odds.)

LeBron signing to what was a bad team without him isn't comparable to the best team ever signing a top 3 player to replace their weakest position. It's very difficult to see them not shipping if Curry, Durant, and Draymond stay healthy.

The ball won't stay healthy in Oakland. It will be tired because there is not enough of it to go around for Durant to reach his full potential for the Warriors.

yea I dont disagree - this line now just doesnt have any/enough value in it this early before seeing how the team meshes and fits in a new star player to the mix. plus, the only people I feel like would bet THIS early for next season are fans maybe? if so, then perhaps sportsbooks are trying to force them into a line that will/should shift closer to the season opening.
