Unibet account block with no explanation !!!

Hello,
I registered at Unibet and made ??winning series betting on sports. More than two months ago i withdraw some of the money and they asked for my personal documents. I sent them, they were approved and the amount was transferred. Right after that my account was closed. I can not login, I can not withdraw my money. On all more than 20 email, they respond that my account is under investigation and i have to wait. But it was more than two months ago !!! Please if anyone has had a similar problem give me advice how to proceed.

I dont understand. Your saying the amount was transferred, what is left in your account?
