shortcut formula for making a +1 run line?

I'm feeling too tired and lazy to do the math myself. Can someone paste the simple formula for creating a +1 run line out of a +1.5 run line and a ML combined? Is there an Excel sheet or web page that does this?

Possible outcomes
Team A wins by 2 or more runs
Team A wins by exactly 1 run
Team B wins by exactly 1 run
Team B wins by 2 or more runs

This must sum to 100%. Good luck.
