where is it best to scrape NCAAF lines from? i see i can get all the game data from ESPN but the gameIDs they use and the gameIDs SBR uses are different so it's not like i can use ESPN to get game data and then use the gameID to get the line data from SBR.

i guess i can just get it all from SBR. maybe it is just good to use ESPN for play by play and i am not getting that now!

you could create your own gameIDs based on some information that both site is guaranteed to have. say date and first 3 of team name. if team names are different (ie. nc state vs. north carolina state) on the two sites then get creative
