I wonder if all the backers in your various staking threads are aware that you do not understand EV properly.

Miami Heat are -1800 today. Will be really disappointed if Luke doesn't jump on it.

And where are the big conference tourney LOCKS?

Why do you take them on the road? Because...

Ayyy, that's true! Why didn't I take the Heat on the road vs. the Jazz and Lakers this past week? I could have gotten so much of a better price than when they play in Miami! Linemakers are so dumb, it's insane.

But the key to the whole thing is the reason why you can lay the wood and not worry. These teams...

TALENT EDGE, BIZOTCH! It's been right in front of my face this whole time, and I've been too stupid to see it.

Pray - It's "generally" when they are on the road. But home games are not completely excepted for him.

The talent edge with Miami is HUGE. They are freaking -1800!!! If they played this in Lebron James' backyard they would be at least -2500. If they played this game with the other team completely blindfolded they would be at least -4500. So them playing at AA Arena you are getting some really good value at the bargain price of -1800.

Yes Bob, you convinced me. I was going to just lay the points, but why have do that and have to dodge a backdoor cover when it only costs another $1700 to be completely safe? Phew, thanks.

He's back and ready to continue to knock out the bookmaker. This time NBA locks.

risking 18 units to win 3, Orlando Magic -600
risking 15 units to win 6, Los Angeles Lakers -250

You didn't even know that he actually won? WTF is wrong with you?

South Dakota St -530 tonight is his kind of play. Would be surprised if he doesnt take it. Florida A&M hasnt covered a line in 3 years according to scoresandodds.com so Coppin St should be a lock for the win. Good price at -260

So I was betting online with a local bookie for about 6 months. I was down a little bit till i started doing moneyline ARs and parlays. After running well for 3 weeks this pops up on my screen. Read the last of the wagering rules. Has anyone ever seen a bookie do this? I dont recall him having a problem when i was losing hockey parlays but when i hit on NCAA parlays and ARs he shuts it off mid week? Just wondering if this is ever common.
Oh and the halftime Texas line when they played Oklahoma that i bet which they screwed up was deleted off my account. They posted it +400 when it should have been -400.

I was crushing 2nd half bets one year in NFL. I called in one day and the operator told me 2nd half wagering was not available.

Its ridiculous bookies can shut down legitimate bets. I wish I lived close to Vegas. Of course then I would be even more of a degenerate.

Dwight shooting 37% from the FT line fresh off a 28% (4-14) performance. Gotta love it

The title of this thread reminds me of a guy I knew who got busted with 42 kilos of yayo. I asked him if he regretted it, he said, "Not the first 10 yrs, but that last day was a B. Gotta proceed with caution when betting fav or ML, it can be an illusion of success that evaporates quick when you lose on a few heavily priced favs.
