This isn't one moneyline bet every day for 3 weeks. As I mentioned in my original post he treats sports betting like roulette. He puts a lot out there. So even though it's been 3 weeks it's a lot of winning. I can't remember a moneyline bet that he's lost.

He's bets "a lot" but hasn't lost a single bet in three weeks? Yeah, ok buddy....

Luke I am potentially interested in buying your friend's picks (ie have him email them to me daily like a newsletter.) Ask him how much he would charge for something like this. Thanks.

PM me the details if you don't want to post it publicly.

I may have a bet of his in a second. He's actually bored watching these games at this point. I'm sort of jealous. He's going to win 17 straight days. The bookie hasn't seen anything quite like it. He said a week ago he would regress and it wasn't possible to win every day, but now he is starting to think he's a once in a lifetime handicapper.

Bob should just merge this thread with Betting Systems For Clowns and call it a night whenever he gets back from sideline reporting the minor league hockey game in New Hampshire.

Iowa, I was actually thinking the same thing about the merge. Haha. Saw the two threads next to each other and went "beautiful. Not a better match ever."

Fwiw, I'm not a freaking sdeline guy. I'm a play-by-play stud. So take that!

I'll let this thread play out for now because i don't feel like taking action. Has some amusement to it. Guy gets on heater. Thinks he's god. Amazed that nobody thought of this awesome idea to bet on favorites. Blah blah blah.

lol

OP, you're trolling would be A+ if it were a little less obvious. You are good, don't get me wrong (so many golden lines) but it'd be better if I made it further down the page before realizing I was gettin trolled.

On a serious note, I'm playing with some SU winners v. various lines, and looking at the best way to chart this. Math question here (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/25...oints-1174671/) if anyone has the desire to lend some advice.

Rangers are the best team in the world. I'll see you all at the parade in June. In the meantime, if anyone else is going this Tuesday to watch the Rangers take a giant dump in the Devils toilet bowl arena, let me know and beers are on me.

I like betting massive favourites, so I will lay 100-1 this guy is not a once in a lifetime handicapper.

I'm not sure what a once in a lifetime handicapper would achieve over 10,000 bets, but I'll pay out if your "friend" achieves a 10% ROI over that sample size betting major markets and verifiable lines.

Well as many know by now the 17 day "heater" continued last night. He went 4-0 and picked up 11 units. I know that this is not believable but he hasn't lost a basketball money line bet yet and he's done about 20 of them. Even if he loses 2-3 bets over the next week he's won so much that he's guaranteed a large profit unless he loses a massive bet taking a -400 favorite.

I was talking to him last night and he was going over his strategy. He thinks he's perfected something where he plays some games straight up and then he protects himself by hedging other games on the money line to guarantee a profit each night. It's produced this win streak that seems to have lasted forever.

He's been all over Ivy League basketball so expect to see some wagers there tonight.

As you see on these forums each day people aren't getting anywhere flat betting games against the spread. If anything they'll hang around 50% and make a few units.

This appears to be the fast and easy way to make 50+ units in less than a month if you have the talent to isolate which favorites can't lose.

So get pinny/bookmaker/greek accounts and start making 100k a week. Should be retired in no time. Troll.

I do nor believe he is trolling. There are lots of people this dumb. Had a guy IRL tell me that faves cover the spread in nfl over 70%. He was insistent and thought I was an idiot for politely informing him that was not correct.

I am confused about the record though. Lots of bets over 17 days, like roulettelolol, but he has won 20 bets. Does not sound like a lot of bets to me. Between that and the whole thing about 17 days = 3 wks I'm a bit more worried about Luke than just his sports betting idiocy.

I don't really want to turn this into a "fade/follow" my friend who is a sharp thread. It was more theory based to see if this is a viable strategy in the long haul.

That being said I'll post the plays as a means to track and figure out if this is legitimate or not.

Once again he may not play every day. And I want to comment that he plays a fair amount of straight up bets. He's hanging in the 60-65% range on those the last few weeks which I'm sure will regress to around 50-55%. As he says he "hedges" by adding in these money line bets.

His whole profit has come from being undefeated with the MLs.

Basically as they say, "Scared money don't make money" and my friend is not afraid to make money. He believes he can accumulate tons of units doing this strategy whereas the common bettor cannot do it just being passive and doing that Kelly Criterion or whatever its called.
