NHL 2016/17 Betting Discussion - Page 4 - Sports Betting

Have been playing around with a bit of a concept, will post some picks and see how it goes. Basically just using some stuff to predict the score, then betting whichever lines are least correct.

Jan 24:
Columbus NYIslanders: draw in regulation +295
Blues Penguins Over 6.5 +140
Capitals Senators Over 6.5 +220

does it work? betting the least correct lines?

Calling it now the preds were sandbaging all season but will now prove their might and win the playoffs without dropping a single game. No other team can stand against them.

I'm really tempted to lay a huge price on the Penguins to beat Ottawa...-300 is huge but I don't see how Ottawa wins 3 games let alone the 4 they would need to.

tough run out for Preds - they were the Cinderella that the NHL loves so they can get non-core fans on-board for the playoffs, but the truth is that coaching (and some injury issues) were just too much to get over.

until next season boys and girls...
