Hello kiddies, NFL is only a few weeks away and I noticed there isn't a thread for it yet, so thought now would be as good a time as any to get one rolling. As far as lines that are exploitable at this time, I really like:
Giants -3 -125

allas just does not do well in these kind of games. Period.
Bills +4 -115: Not saying they will win, but this is too many points. NY just has too much pressure on them and the Bills should come out fresh and energized without pressure. I think that is going to be the difference. Not saying the Bills will win, but I think +4 is good value.
Houston -7 -110: It looks like Garrard is gonna be starting for Miami. I think he is way overrated, and he is not particularly high rated to begin with. With so little firepower, especially in the passing game, and a new QB, I do not see Miami being able to keep up with a Houston team that has something to prove.
Pitt +1.5 -110. Peyton's first game in a couple years with a new team without a whole lot going on on offense. Add in Pitt will be healthy and have something to prove given how last season ended. I love this line.
Also, for the Broncos I really think this is a throwaway year. Peyton will take a year to get his legs back and the schedule is too tough. Look for Denver to really contend next year (assuming Peyton stays healthy), but this year is just too soon.
San Diego -1. Carson Palmer is done and the Oakland receivers are all way overrated. Rivers head really wasn't in it last year, but I think he will bounce back. Plus, San Diego has quietly been transitioning from their old, worn out players to new, fresh players and I think this is the year they complete the overhaul regain their spot at the top.
-That is all for now kiddies. This is meant to be an interactive thread, so if anyone else has any insights please share. Remember, we are competing against the house, not eachother.
