NFL: Instant Replay Success Rates?

Looking for W/L (overturned/upheld) record for each coach regarding instant replay. Historic records would be nice, including coaches who are not current.

Happened to catch this stat during the SNF game:
This year coaches are 36% on challenges.
(Though Jim Zorn was 0-5 I think, but got 1, so now maybe 1-5?)

What is the wagering importance of this thread, thus justifying its existence in Sports Betting rather than Sporting Events or perhaps better yet Travel or Health and Fitness?

* through 4:20 left in 2nd Q of 12/11 game @ CHI

Payton lost his next challenge (@ 9:14 to go in the 3rd) putting him at 4-9 on the year.

I was at the last Saints game against the Falcons
first one was a good challenge
it was ridic that he even challenged the second one that game which he lost
he could have used a third one later
