I tried doing it on William Hill and was capped @$275 which angered me greatly as it took me way too long to get over 20x that on their site.

Between Bet365, Skybet, Sportingbet,Bwin, 10bet, SportsWinner, SportPesa which is the best one that is trustworthy for a season long NBA wager of at least 4k that would have a payout of 6/1? (24k+)

I don't know how MR would make that guess.

I have never used the last two, but 10bet/bwin/skybet/sportingbet >>> 365.

365 is well known for using their compliance arm for profit generation and occasionally requiring legal measures to stop blatantly robbing players.

Looks like divisional futures are max tw 5k, championship futures are tw 30k.

They are offering +600 on Raps to win the Atlantic though.

edit: As noted above, limits (at least for me) on division winners are set to a max 5k win, not 5k risk.
