God damn..I would of had Tor/Orl/Bos/Mia/Chi/Phil as wins tonight. Also picked Dal/GSW/LAC I would of lost on NYK/Minn/Sac, and that's it. Had a chance for a 9-3 night, but I've been cutting back so much.

I think that's certainly one of the main factors. Rockets are kinda small, and they really played their hearts out last night, I don't think the final score really reflected how good of a fight they put up against a Lakers team with Bynum and Kobe crushing.

After expending all that energy and losing a game that they really could have won, I figured they would be pretty spent tonight.

Couple that with the fact the Clips are at home coming off a couple days rest and a more time to gel with each other I thought they would just smash.

Having said that, I'm been pretty much AIDS this NBA season on bets.

I also was going to take the over, as per KS's pick recommendations, but he listed it as 200.5 (much earlier in the day) and when I went to go bet it, it was at 206.5

I was tempted to take the under on that total, but just skipped it altogether.

Nice.. Totals I've never done well with..

Last year at the end of the year with NBA I had one of my hottest runs since I've been betting sports around the 2002 range.. I won something like 31 out of 35 games and I was playing almost exclusively ML dogs.

Just had a real feel for the teams and matchups.. this year with the condensed schedule and some coaching/free agent moves I feel like I'm starting from scratch. (my record shows it haha)

This pays +550 (risking 1u)

If you do a 6 point pleaser in football it pays the same as it does in basketball. But it seems like giving 6 points away from an NBA total is way easier to hit than giving 6 points away from and NBA spread or football total or spread.

Anyone have an opinion on this?

i bet the heat team total u95 as sort of a hedge, i figure if both are out it looks great, even if not, atlanta's D has been very good, seems like a reasonable bet

Yeah I think my totals bets have been the nut worst this season as well. And it's no llike I'm losing by a point or 2. It usually goes completely opposite the direction I bet by heaps. Oh well.

Ive got 2u on kings ML and 1u on Lakers ML as my last ditch efforts to get even for the day.
