Someone just bet 12k on Manuwa at 1.6 on Betfair wiped out the market for a few seconds

Hmmm. Jimi's generally 4/6 with UK bookies right now so no idea what's happening there with someone dumping a load on Manuwa to win at slightly worse odds.

Yeah obviously not looking for value. Must be a rich mug punter but they have been smashing him on Betfair well below most bookmaker prices

Huh. One punch KO for Jimi Manuwa! It's almost like fighting in the UK gives him extra energy but then again he was only fighting against OSP and Corey Anderson.

how can you tell how much someone bet online?

Manuwa deserves a title shot after that. I hedged a little with Manuwa in round 1, but was hoping for that over 1½. Small loss on this card, hopefully boxing and WSOF tonight pays off big.

what a mismatch thou isn't it, I was going to bet KO by round but was looking at rd 2 and rd 3 would not have pulled the trigger on a rd 1 which I think was +1200?

has to be him vs rumble, that would be sick.

On Betfair exchanges, there's a graph feature by the left of the options next to the odds as to what's been traded and what's available to back and lay.

The example below is the upcoming Chris Weidman vs. Gegard Mousasi fight:

In regards as to whether one individual took that £12k, I don't know. It just shows volume and money traded at a certain set of odds.

Good luck
Adding 0.1u to win 0.725 on Frelow (+725) for this event. I love these long odds on non-UFC orgs.

I'll be honest my first reaction was also to put some $ on Shawn Jordan and if I remember correctly Ivanov gets punched in the face quite a bit but is also extremely tough. Jordan up to +125 on 5D at the moment so still have time to watch plenty of tape.

Anyone else putting some $ on WSOF tonight? Let's discuss if so

3u Jordan +140

Haven't seen the UK card yet but had a good day as the two big bets won

Jordan price on matchbook at +140 right now fading steam always dangerous but I think Jordan's a small favour here

Pretty good London card for me ended up +6u overall, putting half of that back at risk on Jordan

Still find it weird Shawn Jordan KTFO'd Derrick Lewis and isn't in the UFC

Knock out Ivanov, claim title plz now Shawn. He's a guy I wasn't a fan of originally but have become a fan of over time as i've seen more of his fights, he doesn't look athletic at all but is actually very talented. Hope he's in form here.

Nice shots by Ivanov, I wonder how he'd go in the UFC

if Diana white asked you for the most important fight you want to see happen (current fighters) who would it be?

I want to see Manuwa vs Rumble Johnson, don't think Rumble can hang with Manuwa, only dude that can is out of the cage ATM

Erm... Rumble already fought Manuwa, at UFC 191 in 2015.

Spoiler alert: it didn't go well for Manuwa

Probably conor v khabib. Some others I want to see are woodley v maia, Reem v Cain, Cody v tj, Cruz v Edgar would be cool even tho I'm a fan of both, Whittaker v jacare, Tony Ferguson v nate and Doo Ho choi v Swanson 2 would be cool. Also looking forward to rose v Waterson

Feeling like I should have taken Weidman +110 no idea if it'll get higher at any point or which way it moves.

Hope the usman and jury lines are bettable especially usman. Rumble wins in r1 was +300 if that was available still I like it either dc is going to tap him or rumble is going to win via r1 ko. Maybe the r1 ko prop will be good when it's out on b365.

I think Weidman and usman will be my two big plays of the next card. Logically I like dc in a pickem but I just have a weird gut feeling rumble flattens him this time before he gets taken down

Surprised there isn't anything posted for Mo/Rampage yet. Fight is 10 days out.

Chael/Tito had odds posted well in advance.

Few places have odds. I'm leaning Mo as a slight dog even at heavyweight or whatever catchweight they are fighting at. Rampage looked heavy at the press conference a few weeks ago and who knows how much he is motivated and training at this point.

Fwiw the press conference was 2 months ago now. It was the nigh of Ortiz/Sonnen.

I agree though, Mo has kept active the last few years and Page doesn't seem motivated at all. I thought Mo won the first fight anyway.

Only going to be a 3 rd fight, Mo by decision is a nice play imo.

I think there's plenty of reasons to have questions about DC in this match.

He's 38 years old now with a lot of miles on the clock, in MMA and wrestling before that - plus whatever the hell he does in the gym at AKA each day. Sooner rather than later he's going to decline.

Plus we haven't seen him in an actual competitive bout since October 2015.

The odds were basically even come fight time last time he fought Rumble. I think we can be pretty confident Rumble is as good or better than he was last time, can we say the same about DC? Should the odds still be pick 'em if so?
