Do people actually make money betting on NCAAB? The limits are low, I never see huge line moves other than on injuries, and the sport is boring and terrible. I actually hate even having it on TV.

I think if I ever get into hoops I'll start out betting BJ league basketball or something.

The poors make more pennies taking out the obviously off openers. Other than that most days I feel like I'm the only one betting on screen into the mature market. Still lots of free $ in that if you have an elite model.

How much would a 6 figure in the hole and super fishy account be worth to a sharp that's been limited? How long before book catches on? Let's say max bet is 5k for most sports.

anyone know what time the Nets line was pulled down today? Vegasinsider shows XXX for 6:32. I am assuming this means the line was pulled at 6:32 or is that a bad assumption?

I bet the under 6.5 in baseball games involving the same two teams today and yesterday. Yesterday the game was tied 3-3 at the end of 9 innings. I won. Today it was tied 0-0 at the end of 9 innings. I lost.

I have a Paul Ryan to be the GOP nominee bet from Carbon at +10000. I made this bet on 3/17. Within a few hours it had fallen to around +4000 and now sits at +1000. I stand to win $5,000. Should I be worried about payment in the event I win? Is there somehing I should do to protect myself. I have screenshot the bet but would appreciate any further advice.

For whoever cares about small money, buy and redirect it to a tout's affiliate program. Like if you bet $10 on 4/1 bets anyways, that one might have a chance from some old spam links.

I'll be at the Rio June 6-15 if anyone want to meet in real life. I get in late the 5th, leave early the 16th.

Also if anyone not there wants a gamble, I'd accept stakes too. I'm going to play in several of $1,500 buy-in tournaments. Many years ago I'd assume I was +EV in these, but now I was a poker player a life time ago. This would just be for sweat / entertainment. The money isn't overly significant to me, but I wouldn't pass up a chance to play some of it on someone else's money .

Thought I haven't been a poker player for a long time I am at least preparing by playing a bunch - just started a few days ago and will get a months worth of play in before doing these - so at least won't be super rusty.
