frotl,

it takes 6-8 weeks (8 full weeks in almost all circumstances) for sportsbook to approve your pending check request. then, it's another 5-7 days for them to put it in a fedex envelope and send it out the door. then, it's 7-10 days for it to arrive via ground transportation, to your door, from [removed]

i've never had a check bounce and i've deposited/cashed 15-20 $2500 checks. although i will say that the teller will look at you funny when you show up with a larger check from some obscure bank in Ontario.

one other note that isn't voluntarily disclosed by sportsbook: they only approve ONE 'pending' check per week, per player. so, if you make 6 withdrawal requests in 3 days, they won't approve them back-to-back-to-back. in 8 weeks, you'll receive those checks one week at a time (ends up being closer to 2 weeks with variance/shipping/etc.).

also, why'd you quit PLO? you were good action..

another FYI from my experience: bug them for tracking numbers. all fedex shipments automatically generate a tracking number, and for them not to provide one is BS. of course, they won't do it voluntarily (that would be too convenient), but they'll send it to you if you press them on it.

they tried to give me some bull**** that their processors don't provide that information, but once i made a fuss about it i started receiving a tracking number with every 'notice of approval' email.

all of my credit cards have been declined, anyone had any problem with that?

Has anyone had any experience using the bank wire option? Is that any faster?

I've had varying degrees of success with the checks. Over the summer, I received one about 10 days after I requested it, but now it is taking much longer (~8 weeks like stated earlier in the thread). However, I've been paid each time and have had no issues with the check bouncing or anything like that.

I had mine declined once like a month ago, so I just used a different one. But I have used the same one since and it let me no problem.

Up until today, all of my cards were being declined.

Yesterday they had a 25% cash bonus reload offer, but my card was declined. So I went into livechat and they were able to go ahead and charge it.

Today they have a 20% cash reload bonus. I figured I would try to deposit by myself (on the site) before going into live chat, and was very surprised when it worked.

Sportsbook.ag question.

A couple months ago, I joined sportsbook.ag. My plan was to start at $0, and then make a withdrawal every time I crossed a certain threshold while leaving behind some money to bankroll further action. For instance, I was thinking to withdraw $1000 every time I got the balance up to $1500, and leave $500 to play with.

However, after the trauma of Black Friday, I'm wondering if I should be more aggressive with the withdrawals in case something goes awry at Sportsbook. I'm currently up to only $360, but I want to ask. Should I withdraw $350 every time I get up to $400? Or can I trust Sportsbook up to $1000 and beyond? Just wondering what the veterans here think about Sportsbook and the current climate.

I think that's a bad idea as they allow one free cashout a month, but then charge you $40 for every withdrawal after that. So if your plan is to make a cashout every week, you're paying $120 a month in fees. If you're going to be withdrawing $300-$400 at a time, I'd just leave it in there and do it once a month.
