For technical reasons, it was very hard for us to bring your open bets with us to the new sportsbook. Now that the move is completed we intend to honor all future bets, but only if you want us to do.

Before the move we canceled all bets and returned the money into your account. If you would for your wager to stand please do the following:

1. Email customersupport@sportsbook.com and put FUTURE BET REQUEST

2. Quote your email address, name and if possible your bet id.

3. Once you do this, we will deduct the amount of the bet from your balance and your bet will stand.

4. You shall then be able to see your recreated bet in your account history.

If you do not want your future bet to stand, you do not need to do anything as we have already canceled your bet and credited your account. Obviously this will take some time so please allow 24 to 48 hours for the process to be completed.

We hope this comes as a nice surprise, after all it is not every day a bookie lets you out of your losing bets!

> Future Bet Surprise Rules:
Version 1.0. (29/09/2011)

1. This only applies to Sportsbook.com Non US customers

2. This only applies to Future Bets that have not been settled

3. This offer is valid until 23.59EDT on the 9th October 2011

4. After the 9th of October, all cancelations are final.

5. Your account must have sufficient funds in the account to cover the initial bet amount.

6. No variations on the size of bet amount will be accepted, the bet must be like for like.

7. No cancelation of any other bets shall be allowed.

8. General Promotion rules apply.

Anyone else in the US getting good checks? I'd like to see some more testimony similar to above. I really want to believe people are getting paid out, even if it takes a while.. but now that Bodog and other books seem to be closing their doors to winning players, I don't know what to expect.

Received my check in 5 weeks and 1 day after being told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Deposited thursday at ATM. Praying it's good. Requesting another check this week. A happy U.S. resident.

They have a policy not to allow correlated parlays. For some reason their software allows it sometimes, though. Weird, I know. Knowing this, I never make correlated parlays, because I've had them voided in the past when the software allowed me to place the bet.

I have been using sportsbook for about 5 years now. I've only cashed out checks and it usually takes about a week or so once you've gone through their verification process.

I did have a problem last year with them. They sent me a check from a canadian bank that bounced because the account was closed. I called them and the customer service rep told me to fax the check to them along with any fees I may have incurred. I did that and they stuck all of the money back into my account and then sent me another check. It got to me quickly and processed just fine.

I like their interface and the customer service seemed good, so I went back to them again this year for football betting.

The CP thefts I'm talking about happened several years ago. Back then, they accepted all NHL CPs, all NFL CPs, I think all CFB CPs, and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. This was not a software glitch, it was them deliberately accepting the parlays. They went back and voided about two months worth of CPs, and in some cases confiscated winnings that had nothing to do with CPs.

At the time they actively encouraged people to set up accounts at different books in their family. sportsbook.com was my first book in the family, and later I got emailed and snail mailed bonus offers from some others. One I recall was playersonly.com. Their letter mentioned their affiliation with sportsbook.com, so I explicitly asked them if it was ok to have accounts with both and they said it was fine as long as I didn't play poker with multiple accounts at the same table. Later they confiscated my winnings claiming I violated their rule that you couldn't have multiple sportsbook accounts, even though they explicitly told me I could.

As I recall several other 2+2ers posted of similar similar experiences. Between the CP voiding, the "multiple accounts" deceit, and the voided future bets, there's reason to believe sportsbook.com may try similar thefts in the future. I had +EV futures voided in Oct 2006 and they tried to do the same thing again this fall until pressure from forums made them back down.

I am a USA player and I req a check on 12-04-11 and when I check the status it says pending still. I contacted live support and they told me I will get my check in 6-8 weeks. It has now been almost 3 weeks since I req the check when will it go from pending to processed?? I starting to think I might never get the monies

Why do you say that? I just checked the site and bank wires still appear as a cashout choice. Also, I received a bank wire earlier this month.

Where did you read this? Are you a US customer or are you talking about the other site?

anybody have a problem with sb cutting their bet limits?

I requested a check on 1/3 which still remains pending and they have cut the limits to 10$ on all prop bets for nhl/nba/ncaab on my account...

wondering if I should plan on seeing any of the money or just prepare to get f'ed over by them... oh and their customer service is great when I questioned them about the bet limits just saying "line manager decision" and refusing to give any other explanation

6 to 8 weeks to get your money. I think your screwed on getting your prop limits raised. Keep trying I guess.

I requested a payout 12/26 ago and it's still pending, and your prop limits will never get raised back. Get used to it.

Reputable no, but I've requested 20+ payouts since November (sup Greensmoke85), and they have all been paid within the 6-8 week time frame thus far.

For those of you withdrawing via bankwire, have you had any issues dealing with your banks? I know you can only use a bank that accepts international wires, but wondering if some banks are better to deal with for this than others?

I just got the bank wire option removed few days ago per management decisions. Did that happen to any one else ?

Also i made on 01/23 a bank wire that got proceed the next day , 10 days later it got cancel because of system problem and got those fund back into my account. They told me that it will get prioritize but it been a week and now it's still pending.

That sucks because i'm playing for a living and i just can not afford to wait 4-8 week to receive Check.

REALLY ANNOYING

If you don't like Merge, try Cake (JK, in case you dunno). 6-8 weeks, brah. Only decent cashout times come from Blowdonka.
