Not really sure what to make of the Rebel. Winner finished nice enough and i pay attention to this time of year at Oaklawn as it seems some nice horses have found there way to the KYD past decade this route.
I mean i try but just can not do it i have to play SA if i do deaf because MW just tilts me flat out. GP has it going on because as annoying as it is to me to hear someone read back the PP's to me that i just capped over the last 2 hours the voice better look like that and RN is at least humorous with ignorance which i can relate to
Not sure i know anything more than i did for this years KYD or better explained i have not saw that "it' performance as yet from any horse that i would say sets themselves apart or a step above...maybe McCrackin last out so far by my eye but still some good preps in next couple. Just no feel really at this point.
Oaks like to see UB next out coming up here at SA and see if she is tested again and if she matured enough not to wiggle across the track as she did last out. Very bullish and head strong going into 1st turn last out and either the horses in front went aside or went under foot because she was set on her intentions and think maybe that more than anything is why the finish was as it was. Runner up i would never consider coming back but barn switch may have her on the improve but that is a big may because SC handles horses well imo.
Practical Joke by my eye moved too soon but off the layoff i thought was strong enough but did hang some but we will see just wanted to add that.
