Awesome news is awesome.

Great to hear that you are kicking ass and taking names, you are aces in my book as well.

I'd like to tell the folks here about derbywars.com, a tournament site that I have been playing on lately. Think horse racing meets tournament poker.

TONS of fun.

Cheers, guys.. hope to see you there!

Racing: Every $100 bet earns a sum of 200 Base Reward Credits and Bonus Reward Credits. Regardless of how they are divided, the comp rate is 2%.
Ok, so sorry I keep bringing this up, but how accurate is the above statement if say ..

I would put $100 to show on the favorite? Would I get 200 base credits? Seems a little steep.

Also, where the heck do I scan my card when wagering on horses. I still have yet to see a spot! lol.

There are some places that have a spot on the auto-teller machines for you to swipe it.

If you don't have a place to swipe your card in the teller machines, then go up to the teller, and just give your card to them when you place your bet. They will let you know if the casino gives points for horse wagers or not the first time you do that, as many places give nothing.

Hi Kevroc

Still like your thinking on this, however I just don't have the cash right now. I'm also concerned about not putting in enough money. Any idea about the minimum that someone can start with? I understand that higher amounts of a deposit or probably more importantly, wagering higher amounts, will generally get you better discounts in the take out, but again do you know if a minimum deposit is required?
