Going to play a Delaware tourney by eye...I have never capped Delaware and i think the numbers would just confuse me today so just going by what i trust my eye. I forgot we even had a state named Delaware

In the context i was described the tax rule when i started it was correct but in me being thick i thought it was for W wagers as well. I will post a link to a solid horse player i read when looking up the rule (not that this has bugged me any ) shows they are trying to get the tax laws changed.

B3 yes that is the beauty for sure.

So I load up my TVG account last week, go down to Foxwoods and I couldn't access my TVG app because of my location. What a waste since I'm usually going to go somewhere to watch the races. If I live in a state that TVG is legal I should be able to access it from anywhere.

Yup out dated reg used on plays that didn't exist.
Nothing simmers, like working ass off to bring in a pick 4/5 that's ends up being an 8/1 pay just over 599.
Has anyone had a cashier stop a 300x under $599 and say need ID?

Nevermind don't answer that.

Anyone watch the Tom Ridge Stakes at Presque tonight? Cyclogenisis ran a nice race... I'm really starting to like McCarthy too.

If you're a win/place/show player I would definitely consider an offshore. I've been doing a lot more of my action there due to the rebates. I still go to Parx and use my TVG account for the exotics.

That is a strange one but TVG would not be my top choice. Can you turn off gps location on your phone to avoid this? Can you run a vpn on your phone to avoid this? Just a couple options i could think of but B3 gave you the best option and probably why i am so smart on the signer rule is getting an extra 10% on a winning wager or 9% of daily handle rebated back to you is just too nice when your a 5 day a week horse player.

Fuluck is like myself though when i use an ADW it is TS but that is because this is where i get my PP's everyday and just toss a min wager to cover them there. Horsetourneys offers free brisnet PP's when you enter a tournament but it is with comments and i prefer without comments so i go to TS.

What are some good tracks to wager at? I generally do pretty well just betting the KD, Preakness, and Belmont. Then I do every day at Saratoga, and usually end with the Breeders Cup. Are other tracks even worth wagering on, and if so which ones?

Sounds like you prefer the larger tracks and i enjoy all racing and east coast is no exception but i am a SoCal capper for the most part and if your not looking at Santa Anita on a weekly basis your missing out. New dirt track for this yr at Del Mar where the surf meets the turf... i mean surf, sand, horses, girls with big hats and tig ol bittys whats not to like about so cal

I concentrate mostly on Belmont, AQU, Toga, the 2 Keeneland meets a year, Del Mar, Santa Anita and Gulfstream. I'll follow Arlington but that track is damn near in****ingpossible to get a read on.

Forgot to mention this earlier... Anyone else excited that moving forward every Friday night the card at Santa Anita doesn't start until 7PM Eastern. I love that their doing this. There should always be an A track that is ran at night on Friday and Saturday. I remember when Hollywood was still around... Their Friday night cards didn't start until what? 10PM Eastern.... That was awesome.

That's something that could get me interested in Santa Anita. I'll have to get familiar with the jockeys and trainers.

See North American track 2015 rankings here. The takeouts are horrible at some tracks and also on the exotic wagers in general.

http://www.horseplayersassociation.o...5Sortable.html

There are many other factors to consider betting one track vs others but the takeout is important to know. And like others advise, the "off shore" account is best for exotics where signers can be avoided.
Good luck.

Kind of a newb here but I correctly hit the 6-5-8-9 superfecta on the last race at pompano the hi 5 or whatever. I play on bovada so I didn't see the option to add the 5th horse. Guess I was pretty damn close to making some serious cash.

The $1 superfecta paid me $186 I believe

Are the exotics still capped at 300-1 on offshore books?

so today was the first day that back on the track for A.P. They said he looked fit. what they didn't say which is ALWAYS said about a horse coming back is that his tub was licked clean. As dumb as this sounds, I mean I really see it said a lot when a horse is getting ready. they speak of losing, gaining or the same weight and if hes finishing his food. I will continue to read and look for this comment in the next week. mike smith has a mount and he has to be hungry since he had none Preakness day. still,i am mostworried now that Rosarios horse frosted is in. Rosario is the man coast to coast and has been in the money every leg. him together with the other sheik horse makes 2 again for the Sheik. so sheik has a team(albeit diff trainers but same owner, could have statergy) pletcher has a team of horses. man they sure make it tough lol.

everyone knows to win the triple crown u must win all 3 races. But you dont have to be in all 3 to stop a triple crown winner. I know last year there was A person who was sour on this. But it is what it is. He tried to discredit the winner because he wasnt happy. Now if it so happens that theres slop on belmont day which would certainly be in AP best intrest and he wins. How many will try to discredit the victory with well he had it easy in the slop the way he likes it best. Twice. Is that fair? Will the masses shut those people up like they did chromes owner or will there justvbe respect? I hope the 2nd. We wil see.
