I am of the opinion that is a very nice return on the trifecta. For myself i do not like signers but obv your doing something right when you get them. If there is a horse i like at say 7-1 and i throw $100 at him and it hits i now have a signer which sucks,so for me it is an automatic play to wager $50 to get back $350 and hit repeat on the wager so i still get the $700 return if i am correct but avoid the signer as well....Think i construct all my plays with this in mind myself.

Great turn out itt today and looks like everyone had a blast, i know i did and can not wait to see this to NY......No sleep till Brooklyn baby!

"So you didnt win anything...you ended up losing $35"...I could not of summed up being a horse player any better than that phrase right there LOL
Timeout. I was under the impression it was the odds on the wager and not the amount of wager that triggered the signing. Is that not correct? Thought it was $600 for $1 was the trigger.

It is something like that i would have to check the exact rule but the rule of thumb i know i go by and most people who use this method is $600 regardless of wager size. I almost want to say Kevroc told me this way back when i was just getting going in 07 was to stay under the $600 to avoid taxes when i was describing my exacta plays so i always have and the exotics like PK4's i put through a book counting on it going over $600 and when i make a rare PK6 play i put that through the ADW bite the bullet if i am fortunate to hit it.

If $100 win wagers on 7-1 horses were taxed the game wouldn't exist.

If anyone ITT wants a sweat today, I'm 7 legs through a 9 team parlay. Only games left are the Ducks -140 and the Rockets +1.5.

OK now i am confused. If i was under the wrong impression that is fine because this has worked for me,but i would like to know how it actually works. I flat out try to make plays always to stay under $600 because this is how i understood the rule and kinda funny if i have been doing it this way for no reason this long but like i said i think the last decent one i hit was like 4.5K at Remington but that was through my book so never worry about anything there. Please explain the rule B3 i know you know because you live on track and i am a sit at home player as you know.

I def was not trying to share bad info just how i understood it.

Also best of luck on the play B3 i saw that last night and hoped you made a business decision on it regardless of the taunts.

This is correct. This has been driving me crazy since this morning and i think i preferred my ignorance on the matter after reading on the rule but prickly is right and i understood it right and wrong as well.

Wow, sick parlay thus far.

I am seeing the NBA Houston line at +2 or +2 1/2 now.
Hope they're wrong.

Best of luck!

Good start out at emerald downs today. Hit the DD for $240. 16-1 shot edging out the odds on favorite in the second leg

Ended up betting 110 on ap to win and a small 6 dollar .10 super that just left out verve. I really want ap to win the Belmont but will be so difficult against fresh horses. Think the sharp move is to take 3 horses such as frosted, mubtahiij, and materiality(or another horse with distance potential to kill at 1.5). Can make what I consider semi easy money as ap will go off at under 1-1 when we are clueless to how he will do at distance.

I think AP will be around 3-1 at post time. But I'm gonna be doing something like an ALL/ALL/AP/ALL super.

I do not think there is a chance at all AP is 3-1 on Belmont day with all the souvenir $$ on him to W as well but i do hope you are correct

Unless its an unfortunate pull up (BB), my two cents is bump AP single to the place position. If he gets tagged at the wire I think only one horse does it. You'd get bout 60% of your wager back with a combo that pricey.

I'm certain that would be a signer...Emergency session with counselor tonight i learned to just shout them out when i know the answer

Was laughing hard at myself still reading the tax rule until i changed my pick in the last at SA to cost me $175 and 1st....Certain i posted Headley had a hot barn and only mount AS had on day but where i was in position i had to go fav and force the others to hit...they did...I know the "book" is the play you force the others to have to beat you but that is just not my game and it cost me today and it feels like learning a lesson learned and that stings like a mf'r to be honest.

3-1... Come on Eddy... WTF are you smoking? He's 4/5 on future wagering right now with no horse even confirmed for the race.

Can't pay 98K if only 25K was only bet in the pool.

The beauty of having an offshore account... Don't have to deal with the "signer" process.
