Hey everyone. I haven't visited this thread in quite a while, nor have I been playing the ponies--life and babies have gotten in the way, I am hoping that I can get some action in by Breeders' Cup time. But I just wanted to pop in and say hi to everyone.

If you feel like taking a shot against Winter Memories in the Garden City, I think #8 Pinch Pie has some value. Good connections with Dutrow and Rose, likes the turf, has worked out well lately, and think he can step up here.

I put in a $25 conditional win bet at 7 to 1 or better, will probably be keying Pinch Pie in other ways as well.

Horse racing is tough to beat because the vig is so high.

i mean yeah the takeout is very high, but that doesn't mean you can't find value. bet for value, have a bankroll to withstand variance and you can be ok. plus horse racing is awesome so have fun handicapping + watching races.
