Unheard of, why would a book want to limit a winning player, just doesnt make any sense!

I don't follow soccer at all so forgive my ignorance, but according to SBR some books have insanely different moneylines than the rest.

Aresnal vs Fulham, most books were something like -200 +530, but 5dimes had it -1155 +6115 and Matchbook had it -9000 +580.

Newcastle vs West Bromwich: most books were about WBA+140 Newcastle+210. But 5dimes had it Newcastle -180 WBA+700.

Sunderland & Everton. Most books: Sunderland +230, Everton +125.
5Dimes: Sunderland -140, Everton +600.

What gives?

Incidentally, Arsenal won as did Sunderland.

Do I see a trend here? If 5dimes has a line -150 when my book has it +200, I should blindly take the +200? Or +200 and the draw line too? Or similarly, if 5dimes has it -1200 and my book has it -200, blindly take the -200? (I'm guessing the answer is an emphatic no, because it can't be that easy.)
