European Football (Soccer) Sample Size

I am starting a project where I try to turn 5€ into a lot of €€€ by betting on singles that have value. I basically find games that in my opinion have odds that are too high and bet on them.
After around 120 games I have an ROI of 36%, which is very high and the sample size too low. Anyone good in maths? What sample size do I need? In poekr it's easy if you have 5000 SNG's and have an ROI of 5-10%, you are golden, but what about sports betting?
