There are quite a few interesting papers concerning nfl as well as all the info here. They are not massively useful but you might enjoy them.

Btw, Wiper - I read in quite a few places (and remember seeing a Standard Deviation from true totals graph) that NBA totals are the most efficient 2-ball line in any sport. I may have been dreaming though..

What do you guys think the most profitable sport for betting on is?

Also, please specify pro/college/hike school where appropriate and if I missed any obvious choices please add those in as well. The pole only allows 10 choices so I ran out of choices before I ran out of thoughts.

And either way he'd be a net loser. Why anyone pays any attention to him over at SBR really puzzles me. 90% of his posts are worthless. The other 10% are him actually posting about something serious and being wrong. (Some of his advice regarding books to play it, deposit/withdrawal issues are flat out wrong.)

It's likely I just don't get the joke. Either way, the simple fact that he posts anything outside of Players Talk is a black mark on SBR imo. Someone who doesn't know any better can easily get the wrong idea that his opinion is something worth respecting and then actually listen to him.

For me it is MMA. Not even close. Also small conference college basketball. Killing southern conference this year. There were some great lines for southern conference teams playing out of conference games early in the year. A couple teams were cover machines.
