Those outside the US can do a little better on Seattle +192 (32Redbet), on Denver @ Interwetten +210 and New England +600 (888/Unibet). All of those sites notorious for small limits though 32Red isn't often pathetic out of gate, can often bet several hundred, where as the others might sometimes find the limits two digits even on new accounts.

I'm not a large fan of BetOnline, but this is the only place I see with lines for each of the four combos already out.

The above doesn't seem too consistent with the Early Super Bowl line several sites have of NFC -2.5 -110 / AFC +2.5 -110.

If Denver is a bigger favorite than Seattle this week and hypothetically favored over Seattle in the Super Bowl, then why isn't Denver favored over Seattle to win the Super Bowl?

It seems to me those lines are because they're European books and the result of Seattle's home/road splits (why is SF equal or more favored than SEA in the SB lines?) and Denver and New England possessing the two most notable players in the NFL where football is not among the most popular sports (and consequently more money on those teams because of it).
