Why are they ruling the anthem was under 2:20? That's a travesty. It was way longer.

Complete travesty, they're claiming her extra braves didn't count, but she was clearly still singing. I will never bet another dollar on this scam site.

yeah I certainly hope they take a pretty big PR hit from it within the gambling world...i already talked to customer service and let them know id be withdrawing all funds and not depositing again if they dont overturn it...just really scummy...doesnt surprise me and i didnt have that much on it but its ridiculous

I had under 10.5 total punts for the game and they graded it a winner?? Unless I'm reading it wrong they messed that one up....

I thought my under bet lost, but reading the fine print it says ends after first time "brave" is sung. Not sure if that was the same wording on the original wager.

And now it's been changed to a loser. That's what I expected, unfortunately.

I read the fine print on the wager when I placed it. It clearly said the timing was first note to the end of the first "brave." Don't be pissed at Bovada just because you neither read their fine print nor did your homework (YouTube searches are a wonderful thing).

Did anyone catch the free money they were giving away at Bovada? The Over/Under on showing the Golden Gate Bridge 0.5 times opened at -200..it didn't take long for the line to move up to -500..of course it was an easy Over..the game was near Frisco, for chrissakes...

That isn't my opinion..that is FACT.

Losing players get deposit/poker point offers all the time..winning players don't..

Poogs is someone who can believe that a website doesn't profile winners/losers.

He is quite the intellect.

Eventually betting a bunch of 0c arbs for $500 gets boring doesn't it?

If you had an unlimitable bovada acct youd be dumb to waste a second of your life trying to solve sides and totals for a major sports. Honestly surprised youve taken such a poor stance in this debate as it is pretty clearly not even close to right. A wide open bovada acct would be an ATM. Im gonna try to beat pinny now??? lol??

I took "un-limited" to mean a bovada account with full bovada limits not no limits. Even so their offerings aren't great, the lines mostly suck and if you are willing to do any work at all pinny would be preferable.

even just a regular account that cant be shut down Id still take bovada. Anyone who wants to bad enough can bet at pinnacle for pretty much their entire life, care free. Bovada spends a lot of resources banning and limiting people. I dont even think its close.

Can you please tell me why you think Bovada is better than Pinnacle?

I use Bovada for two reason..one, I play a lot of poker (anonymous tables FTMFW), and I don't want a separate sports betting account with another company. I use Bovada because they have always paid right away and for the most part I have experienced great customer service. Of course Pinnacle isn't allowed in the United States.

But comparing the two strictly from a sports betting standpoint here is what I see: Pinnacle has MUCH lower vigs. They also post lines much earlier compared to Bovada. Bovada is terrible as far as waiting until the last possible moment to post odds, namely college football and college basketball lines. Here is it 4pm. EST and they don't even have tonight's college basketball money lines up.

So please tell me, and any other 'squares' out there, why would you rather bet using Bovada than Pinnacle?

Poogs thinks that betting a bunch of off market lines at Bovada is the key to becoming rich.

because their props are ****ing ridiculous and plentiful, their teaser prices are good (or at least were 3 years ago), and they ROUTINELY offer bets on sides and totals that are scalpable at pinny by a wide margin. I dont even see how this is a question. I kind of feel like you guys probably didnt even bother getting accounts at bodog since they ban so aggressively, which I would understand, but the soft underbelly of bodog that is the square line-set is soooo soft, maybe softer than you guys think.

I also dont think you guys have any clue what it is exactly youre calling bottom feeding but that doesnt shock me.

Poogs,

When three of the sharpest posters on the forum disagree with you, maybe it's time to step back and think about things. There are plenty of ways to make money betting sports, and exploiting recreational books is certainly a valid (albeit dull and uninspired) option. And you're right of course--for a lot of unskilled and unemployable sports bettors exploiting those $500 mickey mouse shops is surely the best use of their time. But to be so simpleminded and unimaginative as to claim that is undoubtedly the case for all sharps across the board is a sign of just how little you have learned after all these years. It's bad enough that you remain content to pick the lowest of the low-hanging sb fruit, but the fact that you can't even conceive of any possible alternatives is downright pathetic. You should be ashamed of yourself. You have squandered the best years of your life, as well as abundant advice from some of the best sports bettors in the world. May TomG have mercy upon your soul.

hahahah cute of you to throw yourself in there with the "3 of the sharpest posters on the forum." I dont know that youre sharp. I dont know a thing about you...you do like one drive bys a week on me and never post anything of substance whatsoever. And thremp is a joke, didnt daddy have to bail him out more than once? I guess Sabs is sharp. I still think Im right. And id be happy to engage in a civil discussion on the topic if you ****ing internet ******s were capable of such discourse, but we already know that isnt the case.

If I can easily get down 1500+ on pretty much any prop I want, and obviously theres way more prop options than side and total options, why would I bang my head against the wall like unluckyboy trying to beat sides? I honestly dont get how this is a "looked down" upon way of making money. Prop guap spends just as good as sides guap.

It's been a good number of years since I've had an account there but I don't recall ever being able to bet $1,500 on anything let alone a prop. Try more like $200
