This site is very fishy... if you like to make lot of bets on weekends like me, then double check how they settled your bets. they have settled 3 of my bets as loses when they really where winners.

this site screams S C A M

i dont know if the people who run pokerstars are the same as the ones who run betstars but BEWARE. they are trying to steal

still waiting to be paid out on the RBC Heritage golf. competition finished 14 hours ago. told last night that some competitions take longer than others. then sent the same automated generic response when emailed an hour ago. get your act together guys.

they still have little problems, but just Email the support and the problem gets resolved

I have emailed them man. Twice. and both times got the same hotkey response. Golf finished 16 hours ago and still not been paid. 16 hours to settle a bet??

what`s the outcome here? I checked around and they seem to operate ok in Europe at least. They get pretty good ratings from the sports betting comparison sites in Spain at least...if they scam or what not...we should tell them

I've used BetStars a lot. They're pokerstars in case it's not obvious to anyone. Never had any problems with them.

It does appear OP should have won the double bet. Not sure why they would say it's a loss. Can only assume it's a glitch in their software. Have you contacted support OP?

They will definitely give you your winnings if it's a mistake. There's no way they're trying to scam you. It would be terrible for business if they didn't pay out on winning bets.
