SB/AFC/NFC odds will still be up. AFC East/AFC North prob not.

Someone told me you could bet o/u on number of wins for specific teams? True? Or just an online thing?

True. I have the Caesar's odds sheet in front of me now. Also, if the team you want to bet on hasn't played yet, you can place the wager sunday morning before the games start. I know because I did that last year. Just don't forget that the early games are at 10am Vegas time.

Thanks. Planning to bet the under on the 49ers number of wins. Not sure they can make the number low enough.

As of 8/15 the odds on SF at Caesars properties were as follows:

The total is 7. Over: +155 Under: -185

Not trying to give you a hard time but this is as "square" of a bet as you can make. The reason being the price you'll be getting it at is the worst that's been offered from when the lines opened until the season kicks off. Not saying the Niners won't stink, they probably will, but snatching up bad prices like this is a one way road to ruin...

I'm headed to Vegas for my bachelor party in about a month. Have ~15 degenerate friends coming with me, and we're looking to sweat a Sunday of NFL together. It's a total cluster to try and find a spot with seating of close to ~15 people together at a sportsbook unless you've reserved some area in advance. We've done the Lagasse's Stadium thing before and I found it underwhelming. What are the best options for a big group here? There's no real high rollers here but I'd say most people will have $500-$1000 in action on the day (in case that impacts what options we may have in advance in terms of reserving spots). I've heard of some skybox suites at MGM/Aria and maybe some new ones at other hotels getting put in ahead of this football season - but can't find much info anywhere on these. Any recs would be greatly appreciated.

Have been using some apps and rarely will they let my 1k bet go through. Usually get re offer $550/500. Couple days ago they reboffered $55/50 after I tried to bet $3300. I was in sportsbook at time so walked up and made same bet no problem. Why will they not take bets over app?

Wynn limits on app seem to be $300 totals $500 sides. MGM app has little higher limits but not much. Pretty disappointed in how little action these books wanna take.

standard app experience -- Cantor Gaming and WillHill will let you go above $550

NFL allows much more ofc

Until they label you as sharp then it's a few months of them rejecting bets and moving lines before they finally ban you and force you to collect in the middle of the desert.

I guess it depends what you do but for pros it's something like this MGM > CG > SP > WG > lol anything else. Recs should just sign up wherever they are staying.

Iowa! pwning me... collecting WillHill winnings a few thousand at a time from Alamo Casino is my favorite medium pimpin' moments.

FYI, SouthPoint app is tied in with a couple other casinos. You can get it done at the Rampart and stay around the rich ******* side of town where I try to be.

So far, Atlantis is only place which wouldn't take nickels on main markets after a couple bets. All the "LOL" Iowa! rated books allow $500 on main markets with little issue and dimes on bigger markets with NFL spread almost always $2k and up. Post #69 made earlier remains mainly true. Many places now on Miomi backbone. Fortunately, it works with my home wifi. Biggest whine I have these days is the geo-locator for phone in Stateline, NV often places me in California. I can be sitting in the WillHill book in the Hard Rock there and be denied bets on their app at the same time. Have to drive up the road a mile or two to get in the investments.

Post #54 no longer true. Things have gotten better with geo-location and every book succumbing to every patron using their phone while in the book.

Sad there is no Aliante separate book for this MLB season. I shudder to think how much of my results were tied to their 8c spread and not the quickest of staying on top of things.
