Guys i do not know where to go for help here but Bet365 obviously pushing me around and bullying me

Please help me by giving me advice.

Bet365 username : 100kyear

I registered with Bet365 after getting feedbacks that it was a reputable site.
But to be safe. I wanted to do all accounts verification first before i make any deposits to ensure no problems would occur.

I sent them my National ID and utility bill which they requested. And was informed 2 days later my account was "verified".

I double checked with Live Support and it states there is no problem.

I deposited and immediately my account was locked and was told to call Bet365.

I dialed them from overseas which was expensive and was told they need to do a call back verification. And refused to help me out any further and only state that my account would be "re-opened" when callback verification was done. They said they would call me as soon as possible but i waited 3 days.
After i answered everything they asked on the phone. The adviser on the phone said that my account was fine and "verified yet again " and everything was in order and said that i could withdrawal and deposit with confidence.

To be safe, i did not deposit but only proceed with my withdrawal. And it did arrived within 24 hour. And this was my deposit. I did not won anything.

Once my withdrawal went through. I re deposited and started to wager on a few Sports bet. I ended up evens with my initial starting deposit. As it was near bedtime for me. I proceed to cashout and clicked on my withdrawal.

But 3 hours later my withdrawal was been cancelled and the money disappeared from my Bet365 account. I received an email stating i need to sent them more IDs documents as my account was not "verified" . I was angry but i co operated and asked them what they needed.

They wanted a driving license.
I sent it in immediately.



They told me it was "not enough". They wanted more " IDs"
I told them to stop wasting my time and just tell me what they want ?

They asked for my passport.
I sent it in immediately.

While on live chat. My document was reviewed immediately and they told me my photo was different. And i was not the person in the photo.

I told them to open their damn eyes and look closely and yet they insisted the photo was not me.

I asked them if they are purposely trying to make things difficult for me and out to cheat my money?

I asked them what they want now ? But Live Chat support could not answer and after 30 minutes said their management would need a passport that has my picture.

God damn it how do you feel when you sent in your passport with your photo and the other party keep claiming its not you?

So i went down to my Migration Department and updated my photo ( required a change of the whole passport which cost money ) and sent in my passport with the updated photo.

Now guys. Obviously i felt cheated even though i tried to be as careful as i could before i deposited.

Sure they are a reputable site, but you never know how they deal with some customers from other parts of the world.

I tried to create a account to post on SBR forum but it seems i could not post even after getting an account here.

Can seasoned sports book users please tell me what can i do to highlight my case and to warn new potential Bet365 customers out there ?

And also how do i get my money back ? Obviously coaxed and cheated me to deposit and refused to let me cashout

So what can i do? My instinct tell me they ran out of excuses already.

And most likely their next move would be to close my account " based on their management team" decision and not state any reason and say goodbye to my money.

Now i am from an Asian country. Now you get a rough idea how Bet365 make money from Asian customers. And some who could not possible produce every ID request they put out to refuse your withdrawal payout

b365 is terrible in terms of being limited etc but i've had pretty awesome customer support from them.

i have no idea what you should do, but it seems like something weird has happened with you documents rather than them just being dodgy and trying to steal your money.

I had 3000 Euro deposit in there. And i am asking for my 3000 Euro deposit back.

If my documents has problems, why in the world did they tell me my account was verified and i should not worry and just go ahead and make an deposit and trap my money once the money was deposited?

And they verified my account 3 times. Before i was assured there was nothing wrong.

Obviously problem happened when i did not lose a single cent from my deposit.

I think i won 30 Euro from the end of the session and tried to withdraw my 3000 Euro and was stopped from doing so.

Pretty much sums up why Bet365 are making millions every year.

They harvest losers around the world and only let losers keep their accounts.

Winners are either cut off, restricted or had their account suspended and money taken away

once they verify an account it's chicken**** behaviour to make you send more docs later

Dude, afaik they aren't into stealing and stuff, just wait and try to solve it with them, being aggro with them over here won't help you at all.

Once I got my account frozen because my Skrill account had a different letter than my Betfair account name, say one said john doe, and the other john dou, besides that, which was resolved within days, I've never had bad experiences over here, gl.

I'm not sure it is this one or not or how much info they get but Bet365 has a passport scan verification. They don't even need to scan it, just the code on the bottom of your passport is enough.

Not entirely sure how they have access to that, but FSA licensed institutions in the UK including PayPal, Skrill and NETELLER have a super advanced one. For the FSA ones when code is entered it pulls up the actual passport. So if one person is holding looks different it is spotted right away. Those ones often also get information on other passports that are already linked, for example are a dual citizen and multiple passport ownership has been detected, and also use facial recognition to search for other matches.

Them saying it is not you is concerning. I'm actually surprised they told you that though.

For right now as much as it sucks I'd say just be patient. If all is legit you got unlucky. They are not in the business of stealing, there is something about your ID that raised a flag. Depending on what the flag is, there are plenty of reasons it might take a little while to work out.

If we get to the point a week has passed since your last action and it is at a standstill then report back for new ideas.

I think the red flag was most likely his strange pattern of deposits and withdrawals. Sounds to me like he was trying to churn deposits to scam cashback or something.
