seems like that's going to escalate the situation more than is necessary.
if they can't prove you did anything against the tos and you're positive of that, let them run their little investigation and just accept that you're going to get slowpaid.
if you did something wrong and you think they can prove it easily, then escalating things may cause you more problems than just getting the bets canceled.
if you actually didn't do anything wrong then i guess you could write an email like the above without risking your balance, but then maybe they "accidentally" put you on the iovation stiff list and then you lose deposit options at all books and can't open accounts at certain places.
