Hi everyone, the situation is that I made couple of bets in amount of 4000$ on tennis match 5 months ago, all bets won, payout about 6k$

But when i tried to login on the next day, system wrote Pls contact us with ref. ACSTA. So i did and the answer is

Thank you for your email in regards to accessing your account.

I have looked into your account and can see that it is temporarily suspended, this is due to a random security check being completed on your account. This is a check that is run by our Verification Department. Once this has been completed you will be notified of this via email as to the status of your account.

I tried to found out wtf is going on, but the only answers were that they dont give any info, reasons, time frames and so on. I feel totally ****ed up, made bet, won, they blocked acc, the end.

did anybody face the situation like that, and what can you advice me to do?

Consider yourself fortunate that you made more than one bet without getting booted.

where do you stand now, what have their responses been since?

during last 5 months i made 5-6 requests about my acc, but the answer is again

As previously advised the account is currently under review and we will contact you when the review has been completed. I am unable to provide any information in regards to your account this process has been completed.

Send them an email, title "Bet365 Legal Action" stating:

That you placed the bets on dd/mm/yyyy,

they won,

you have repeatedly asked for your winning to be paid, the requests have been ignored.

The complaints procedures of the UK Gambling Commission haven't been followed.

And that if the funds aren't paid within 7 days you will commence legal proceedings in the UK.

iv'e never had an issue with Bet365 myself , but i've know many people have issues with large bets there....

seems like that's going to escalate the situation more than is necessary.

if they can't prove you did anything against the tos and you're positive of that, let them run their little investigation and just accept that you're going to get slowpaid.

if you did something wrong and you think they can prove it easily, then escalating things may cause you more problems than just getting the bets canceled.

if you actually didn't do anything wrong then i guess you could write an email like the above without risking your balance, but then maybe they "accidentally" put you on the iovation stiff list and then you lose deposit options at all books and can't open accounts at certain places.

5 months? btw This is a fairly common way of sorting disputes in the UK where ToS is being used unfairly and virtually always results in a payout.

He obv won't try to sue them if he's done something wrong.

That's illegal in the UK and probably actionable.

Yeah sorry I should have read closer. I figured this was the standard tactic that books always do where they write some vaguely worded email and make you wait 5 days and then send your money.

19.11.2015 I made a deposit and made some betting. My bets were winning.
Then I noticed that I made a mistake in my address during registration. There was Norway instead of Ukraine. The wrong thing in the address was only the country name because other address details were Ukrainian – postal code, city, street.
So, I corrected the address details to my valid Ukrainian address. My new valid address was confirmed by bet365 to my e-mail. Then my account was suspended and I was requested to go through verification by getting Postal verification code (PVC) which was sent to my postal address. Bet365 support stated that PVC was sent to my first registration address in Norway! In response I explained once more that there was no place in Norway with the address containing the name of a city in Ukraine, Ukrainian name of the street and to crown it all Ukrainian postal code! All my attempts to explain to them the problem had no result. They just stole me my money.

Very unfair dealing from bet365 but I can imagine because of huge amounts of bet. Keep us informed!

I know multiple friends of mine have won between 2-5k when a bad line has been posted, 365 then cancels the odd and informs them "the wrong" line was posted and takes back their winnings.

Book doesn't seem like a reputable source to have money on.

I'm having the exactly same problem, I opened a bet365 account around a Month ago, I'm a big better but had never used 365 before and I won my first bet there and then the next day I could no longer log in or do anything, all the explanation I could get was that my account was under review and I need to wait for them to contact me directly, it's now been about a month and my money is still locked up in the account! What should I do? If any one has anything could help I would appreciate it as I don't know what I should do

What's the update here?

The update is that bet365 is run by scammers and thieves.
