The Rice Bowl is an annual American Football national championship game held in Japan every January 3rd that pits the Japanese college champion and the champion of the corporate X-League.[1] The game can draw over 60,000 spectators.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon of groats or oatmeal
2 tablespoons of cold water
1 pint of boiling water
Cooking Instructions

however i also realize that risgley in his post wondered the same thing how come the books were putting out these dumb lines and he decided it doesn't matter.
For example he answered this in the same post he brought it up, it's not that it doesn't matter per se. You have to use critical thinking to get the answer though, everyone isn't going to want to spell everything out and then spell it a different way if you don't comprehend it.
