Now what? Want to speculate some more?

That is the exact point I was trying to make. 168 picks is nothing. Win lose or draw.

Re: Adequate sample size?

I went 301-92 in the 2nd half do nba season 7 years ago. I had 6 people who paid me 200-400 a week. I even had Mason M follow me into a restroom while I was calling people he went up a urinal and never unzipped his pants. I eventually got asked not to hang out at the belligio sportsbook. But it was nice having steak dinners delivered from prime to the sportsbook, from one of the biggest lipo doctors in Vegas. I even was bought hookers and cheaba from some nice guys in garbage from Chicago. I went 48% the year following. I still think nba is beatable but much harder than I imagined. I had 40-6 streak in games within 1 point of the spread. Maybe the funniest time of life.

Darin was the sportsbook manager at the time and I was called magic mike.

Re: Adequate sample size?

Perhaps there is more luck involved in sports betting than one would like to admit.

Re: Adequate sample size?

Maybe Mason M just wanted to see if you had an adequate sample size?

Re: Adequate sample size?

also i went this chasing steam in ncaab last year can't wait til this year

Sport Length Win Loss Tie Wagered Won ROI
NCAAB 1H 1369 643 0 844954 375821.94 0.444783905396033
NCAAB 2H 1299 1074 0 1122811 155523.45 0.138512581369438

44.4% ROI = sustainable

also if you chased steam on every game 2 years ago you would have ended up with like 51% ROI or if you originated the steam last year was 53%. why do they even offer this sport to bet on

Re: Adequate sample size?

Let us assume for a second that an individual has made 236 MLB Straight Bets.

Stats: 151-85 +8,004$ ROI is 8.51%

How would you rate this person? And do you think this is an adequate sample size?

Adequate enough for people to respect I guess? Good question actually...

When someone says "thats a small sample" what do they mean? Too small a sample for what?
