Care to elaborate? I don't recall the game being particularly fluky. Looked like what one would expect out of each team IMO.

And NE -7 appears to be the line for next week. Seems like a good spot.

I'm certainly not good enough to be telling people how to gamble, but it seems silly to say it's as easy as it gets and then spend more money to buy the half.

For the record, I firmly believe in Carolina this year. I went with Tennessee because it's the first time they've been on the road in a few weeks and seem quite overdue for a stinker of a game. Titans with an interim coach and basically everyone auditioning for a job next year made for a good spot IMO. Didn't work out, but I've been wrong before and I'll be wrong again.

Ugh why are you guys so confident on Houston here? This game looks like a skip to me. If I was absolutely forced to bet it I'd bet Cinci, but that's only if I had a gun to my head. There are so many better spots than to risk good money on this crapshoot.

They benifitted from multiple turnovers and short fields. They won the TO battle 4-0 this greatly scews what happened on the field. Obviously I will not make any decisions before I see a line

1. I'm from Houston, so there's a lot of homer in there.
2. 11 is a lot of points (and it's now down to a weak 10 on Pinny, so I feel better).
3. Texans coming off a bye and are essentially in a must win spot with the division still in play (Good God that division is horrible).

I tried that system when I took Cleveland +11 against them a couple weeks ago (31-10 final). I'm now going with the scientific method of "Houston is the same as Cleveland", and I'm going with Cincy-10 for 3 units, and a Cincy and over teaser for .5 units, plus vodka and beer.
