OK, now that all that catch-up is done, here are a few fades so far for today in order of confidence level. The top two will likely become plays depending on where early $$$ goes:

Laid off Mich state after looking up some more stats doesn't seem like a good play either way just the game of the day that people love putting action on.

Agreed. Pure pass to me. Many public squares have to have action daily. Kind of like Duke/Syracuse; just because it's the game of the day and has two good teams means you need to lay on it.

Only one I laid on today was Southern Miss -13 (1.1u to win 1u). May lay on one of the later games depending on where the $$$ goes but today isn't looking fabulous from a betting perspective.

I involuntarily passed on USM bc I thought the game started at 230 and missed out on the play....I like Uconn tonight....I'm from CT and know some guys up at Uconn in the athletic dept and they say Uconn is finally really working good together and have taken their heads out of their ass.after losing against Cincy they're going to be pretty fired up for this game since they just got ranked again and know they need to come pushing hard on teams and bit going easy at any part of the games..I think the line is off by at least a couple points so as long as Uconn stays under -7.5 ill b taking them for 2u.

Only game to me that looks decent tonight is Hofstra +6.5. James Madison has been awful ATS at home and especially as a home favorite. Both teams are pretty equal on paper and Hofstra has been covering on the road at a decent rate. The road dog has also done well ATS in this series.

A few others are enticing but might pass on everything else. Want badly to take UVA -11 but that's an awfully big spread against a decent conf opponent. UVA was fun while it lasted but the combo of them playing in a major conf, being ranked and getting national press has put a public betting light on them and their lines are getting sharper and sharper. Much like their game against BC last week, this one strikes me as a pass.

Nothing on Iowa st and Kansas? I know they're the big games tonight but feel both favorites have more of an edge here than the points.

Both are tempting and if I was going to bet either I'd bet the faves as you said. IA State is 1-7 ATS lately and is 1-4 when they are a 1-5 point favorite. West Virginia has won their last three home games. Just not enough confidence for me to ride $$$ on Iowa State.

Kansas State has failed to cover twice in their last nine home games. While Kansas has dominated the series win wise they have only covered on the road vs. K State 2/4 games since 2010. Also from an intangibles perspective, K State needs this one bad to pad their tourney resume and get off the bubble. I think they'll be loaded for bear off their big win vs Texas.

I think Kansas is the safer play and prob worth betting if u plan to watch and want to have something on it. I may play Kansas if the line moves down a bit.

Im surprised you guys don't see value in the home dogs tonight, Kansas State and WVU. Is the talent disparity big enough here to look past 2 teams that are both
1)hot
2) playing at home in one of their biggest games of the year(rivalry game for kvu)
3) desperate, both need this game.
I could be wrong here. Are kansas and Iowa state just really outclassing these guys that not only are they laying points, but you guys are leaning that way as well? FWIW hasn't Iowa state had their issues on the road? (outside of the OT win at ok state who everybody seems to end up beating.)

Hell of a cover by Hofstra! Came back from 16 down and actually led in second half. Had them at +6.5 betting 3.5u to win 3u. Lead went from 5-7 in the final minute before six point final. Super sweat Monday

Today looking like a good dog betting opportunity. I see a few early dog lines I am liking. Waiting for public release to see the movement for a few.

Clemson +4.5 looks like free money. Notre Dame is God awful at home and nearly as bad ATS. They are 2-11-1 at home ATS(!) this year and 1-10-1 ATS as a favorite. Clemson has covered every game this year where they have been a 4-8 point dog. ND has failed to cover in every game they have been favored by that same spread.

I have no idea why ND is favored by anything beyond 2. This should be a pick em IMO.

Well, wouldn't be a betting night without another sweat. Clemson had the game covered multiple times and had chances to win at the end of regulation (made 1/2 FT's to tie vs. win) and the first OT (wide open 3-pointer that slanked).

Thankfully Notre Dame missed two FT's at the end of second OT and won 68-64; covering +4.5. Their abysmal record of not covering at home continues and continues to swell my betting account

And once again I get it at +4 and get 2 pushes in two nights so gross.

Made a small bet on Ohio +4.5. Toledo has been very shaky ATS lately and will be without their leading scorer who was suspended for DUI. Ohio beat Toledo a few weeks ago in a back and forth game I watched.

There are a few others I'm leaning towards such as South Fla +14.5. Some of the later games look promising too.

So yeah passed on that South Florida one and...whew
