Two Pair on Monotone Flop vs Fish Two Pair on Monotone Flop vs Fish

Pre I don't really want to 3-bet given he's so shallow, and the fact that his PFR is too low. Obv folding is out of the question, so I flat pre vs the min-raise which I think is standard.

Flop he checks. I think he is either giving up, has weak Ax, or some Qx. Flop and turn I think are pretty standard.

River is a blank, and I rip it in for 1.25x overbet. Anyone play any differently?

Looks good to me, definitely more apt to overbet vs fish.

Think flatting is standard vs SPR not only his but the blinds vs him effective as well, less iso's and squeezes due to SPR

but since were talking SPR,

you should be betting bigger on the flop for value and protection and to decrease SPR on turn and make turn bet bigger for same reason.

no need to balance vs him. so just value town him on a 9 turn, if he turns up with 84d or something, shake fist at poker gods and continue.

Good points. Not sure why I bet barely over half-pot OTF. I should have probably gone 65-70% OTF, and river would have been a <PSB jam. Either way, I would have stacked him anyway though.
